Method 1 – Access the link at the bottom of their purchase invoice and update the details

Method 2 – Going to this link  and requesting for access link by inputting your email address, requesting for the link and updating the credit card

 

STEP 2: Update Personal/Billing information  ( Detailed article: https://support.thrivecart.com/help/how-customers-can-update-their-details/ )
Click ” Update my info” and update the details.
